2old2play Magazine #2

The new issue of my latest project, co-designing the 2old2play.com's free ezine, 2o2p Magazine, is online and ready for public consumption at the 2o2p Magazine page. Weighing in at just over 9mb for a high-res PDF file, it can be downloaded and browsed at top quality in a very short amount of time.

This issue features a complete redesign starting from scratch over the 1st issue. I acted as the contributing co-designer to Lunatixz, the creative director and a member of the 2old2play.com gaming community. The template was created through a collaborative review and revision until we settled on the current grid system and visual style. From there, the magazine was split up among myself and Lunatixz and we each did our share of sections. The areas of the magazine that I was assigned to were the TOC, Columns, Interview, Rumors, HowTo, Reviews, Retro Games and Puzzles. The Interview is given by CodeMonkey420, the editor, to Stardock, creators of Galactic Civilizations II. Similarly, one of the reviews, in addition to reviewing the PSP one year later and the wireless headset for the Xbox 360, is over Galactic Civilizations II.
